Daliz Guest House

Daliz Guest House is situated about fifteen minutes from
the airport, in one of the oldest suburbs of Port Elizabeth.

The Bethelsdorp area is one of the first mission stations in the country.
A certain Dr. Johannes Theodorus Van Der Kemp established the
Bethelsdorp Village in 1803.

He was a missionary who worked amongst
the Khoi- one of the first nomadic and indigenous people in South Africa. The area is filled, not only with historical treasures, but also with the beauty of nature. The environment has an abundance of vegetation and bird life.

The famous Van Der Kemp Kloof Nature Reserve offers one the chance to see the many medicinal herbs and plants of the area.
These include the aloe and many other fynbos species. An array of birds unusual to Port Elizabeth can also be spotted here.
